Oledavy declared on Kuala Lampur, so I'm guessing that he spied the worker over there and poached it as well.

I'm solving my food situation at Third Way by sending the Trading Caravan there; food route next turn.  And then after the pic was taken I said fuck it and bought tiles out to the cow.
