Heads up guys, there is a (new to me) bug with the combat calculator.
If you, player A, are at war with Player B and at peace with Player C, imagine that Player B and Player C have units stacked on the same tile. Sometimes the combat calculator will return the odds for a battle between Player A unit and Player C unit defending, when instead the Player B unit would be attacked, if the player C unit has "better odds" in the imaginary battle that would occur IF players A and C were at war. If you choose not to declare war on Player C, then you attack player Bs units, but you don't know what the odds are.
Anyone who knows the requisite part of the code can feel free to dive in and fix it for inclusion in a future release of RtR, with many thanks. It should be a DLL update, not XML as far as I know, but I'm not a credible resource on the matter.
