Who would be your preferred neighbour?

For preferred neighbor, Probably Amica, because I think they're the least violent and we've had good cooperation in the past. Mjmd could be a good neighbor too, and I think he'll be pretty peaceful this game, but I'd have to expect aggressive IMP city spam.

I agree on leaving Agri for later, I'm not so certain about AH first or Fishing first. AH first would work nicely with settling 1S of the pig. Definitely more food than the clam spot! That's a pretty distant second city though.

AH first would be great but we may not have the time to do it before the second city goes up. I'm not sure. Do you know when AH would be finished?

I went back to the sim and checked, it would be t33 city founding and t36 AH, so the worker would be bored. He could spend those turns moving to the grass hill pig instead of plains hill sheep, but that's the only semi-useful idea I have. The pig is a 5f1h1c tile, while the sheep is only 3f2h2c, so improving the pig first does sound good. On the other hand, the clam city is a smoother, more elegant plan with no suboptimal workerturns.

Yeah, I think fishing is better then. It will increase our research speed by quite a bit too.

Ok, fishing it is then. 2 turns from BW being done. It's Turn 21 now.

Someone out there has already grown to size 4, but the rival best production is only 5, so I'm not super concerned. If I saw a size4 city and a production of like 8, I would be worried it's someone ultra-rushing stonehenge without going worker first!

The worker just finished his mine and the warrior is on his way south. No barbs makes early wonders a lot safer to get, since there is little need for warriors/scouts.

Would Mjmd's building Stonehenge appear as extra production in the demographics? Say he makes 4 base hammers would that show up as 6 hammers including the IND bonus in the demographics?

What tile are you going to chop?

I wondered about that back in PB51, and I remember someone told me it was base hammers only, so we wouldn't know if it's Mjmd.

I plan to chop the forest W of the cap, then NW. I want to leave the S-SW forest for the neighboring city.

That's disappointing. I may test this later tonight to be sure.

That works. I was asking about the forests because we need both forested plains hills when the settler is being built. And as you said the southern one is also scheduled to be chopped into the work boat of the second city. Actually forgot about that.  smoke

IIRC demographics only include unconditional bonuses; that is forges will affect it but trait bonuses will not. I might be mistaken about this though.
