Savant deleted the chariot in Sweet Water, which was probably the best move, because our sword would have picked up the 4th XP at 99.6% odds otherwise and we'd have made progress on the way to the next GG. The only development at Regna was its growth to size9. I've promoted one sword to C1 Shock to reduce his own Shock axe's chances from ~25% to below 20%.
Joey is pouring 26 EP/t into us. Not exaggerating; that's what courthouses do (and I suppose goes to demonstrate what mackoti said earlier about forges). Thus he'll have research vision next turn; we can't do much about that. We've also lost Mongolia's graphs, because they have reacted with a million courthouses of their own (thankfully not aimed at us) which raises our mission costs just enough (due to their higher total) that we need to spend a few more EP. I've switched all EP to them because Savant, for some reason, didn't invest against us (but will switch back once we regain graphs, I want to keep an eye on their power rating).
On to the exciting news: We've found dtay's army.

Your verdict, General?
That little mounted army corps of Yuri's consists of 1 HA, 2 chariots, and one badly-injured chariot. Also Cuckhokia is doomed, but I've gifted our chariot to Yuri anyway, because I checked too late that dtay had not actually played the turn yet... welp. Maybe a knight trips over it
EDIT: And now it occurs to me that this is kind of a double move. Hrgh
But I don't think dtay will complain about free XP anyway.

666 bpt; clearly we are the trvest empire
Research set to Horseback Riding (screenshots lie) at 100%, for two reasons: 1) it allows us to have more units attacking Sorpigal; 2) it might allow us to take Rostov in the south, and probably raze it (not a very good city, but dtay can still make good use of it with the Colossus; we can't), and forces dtay to garrison Cuckhokia, so as to delay his conquest of Yuri further. The overflow is enough to almost finish Compass, which means we can complete Compass eoT137 with copious overflow into Machinery, save gold for 2t/3t, and push towards Optics in a frenzy. Or Guilds, if it turns out that's what we should prefer.
There are several cities that will come out of completing a unit eot, so we can queue up some 6XP NumCav immediately. Stables first are an option in the south, but as stated, I'd prefer to use the north to pump as many units towards Sorpigal as we can before Savant gets to use Slavery again. (We haven't moved there yet -- but will start moving everything in next turn.)
Still undecided on whether we should get OrgRel / Mono (costs 14 gpt, and I'd rather not build so many missionaries while at war with Savant, but then I'm not sure when we'll get the chance for another Golden Age, I somewhat doubt that Taj is in the cards for us).
Ah, and I've employed an artist in Chehalis, that city needs to expand its culture badly. Should have done that last turn already
-- I presume that this is an old trick when you're running Caste. Won't do it at Sweet Water, because we're not going to be in Caste once that city leaves revolt.
