I don't know about cities, but if you ever get a Great Artist you should name him Sun Ra.

It's update time, since it's been a while since I've done that and I finally have some spare time.

City Overview:

Cottage cheese capital. I might put Globe here someday.

This city will probably end up being a hybrid. I was hoping that Hinduism would spread around to my cities naturally but that hasn't happened so I will probably forgo the shrine.

Moai Statues is almost complete, then it'll likely be pumping military for the rest of the game.

This will probably end up being my GP farm, which is funny because I missed the crabs 2SW.

Newest city, will eventually crank out units but is just getting started right now. Might put HE here someday.

Demographics:

Not much to say, 1st in GNP and just behind the leader in food/MFG.

My next 3 cities will probably go west towards AH, one of the islands for intercontinental trade routes and the nice jungle spot in the middle. Before that though I want to grow vertically for a while.

I'm going for HBR right now because I want HA's. After that I'll probably go for calendar or MC.

There has been surprisingly little action since the Dog invasion. I sent a Quechua into AH lands to suicidally scout around a while back but aside from that nothing has happened.

The eastern front just got interesting:



Serdoa planted a new city that is somewhat lightly defended. While I don't have anything that could take it right now, I'll soon have HA's. If Serdoa defenses don't improve in that time, I am tempted to try and raze it.

Assuming he's using the default Byz naming theme, that's his 5th city. All of his other cities must have gone towards StM. However ad hoc hasn't expanded my way at all, which means someone doesn't have much land.

Serdoa got a GG, so he and StM must be fighting. Can't ask for more than my biggest rival fighting the guy who has Longbows.

ad hoc founded a city towards me containing a Dog and a spear. Since unlike Serdoa he isn't fighting StM I might try and attack that city instead.

In other news, I'm going for circumnavigation. My WoodII axe is scouting out the northern half of the Jungle and a galley is working on the rest.
