Two picking choices, I think the new method might be more fair and interesting, let me know what you think:

1. Regular reverse turn order pick.
2. Everyone posts their top-4 choices in spoiler tags (without looking at other's choices first). If same place same civ, then last in turn order gets priority.

It'd mean if person 1 picked for example Greece, person 2 wouldn't instantly counterpick with Austria or Venice. Think I'd prefer the reverse turn order though.
