Let's see, Aqueduct 67 hammers, Gardens 201 hammers. It is T68. Ancheng has 34 hammers into a 23 hammer Axe, 9/14 food, and +5 food surplus. Yuedao's Worker can land on a Forest T71. Meiyuan's Workers will take until at least T74 to land on a Forest, so I'll have to build the Gardens with my 3 Workers in the area.
I will renaming the Worker that just chopped the forest to A, the Worker improving the new city to B, and Yuedao's Worker to C.
T69: 5/16 Food +8, 0/67 Aqueduct +11 overflow + 2 HPT, A Move to 2N of Ancheng, B Road (1/2) (The Granary isn't full yet, that's why I only get 5 food)
T70: 13/16 Food + 8, 16/67, A Chop (1/3), B Road (2/2)
T71: S3, 13/17 +9, 18/67, A Chop (2/3), B Move to 1W of Ancheng, C move to 2N1W of Ancheng
T72: S4, 13/18 -> S2, 13/16 +8, 70/67 Aqueduct +20 chop A chop (3/3), BC Chop (1/3)
T73: S3, 13/17 + 9, 0/210 +22 overflow + 2 HPT, A to 2W of Ancheng
T74: S4, 13/18 + 8, 54/201 +4 HPT + 40 Chop, A Chop (1/3) (work forest grassland hill 2W of Ancheng)
T75: S5, 13/20 + 7, 142/201 + 5 HPT (blank grassland hill)
T76: S6, 10/21 + 7, 152/201 + 6 HPT + 20 Chop
Of course, the risk is that Bob snipes my Workers I only have 2 Spears and was an idiot for not building a Spear instead of an Axe. And of course, the cost is tying up even more Worker labor and not chopping out Forges, leaving the north criminally underimproved.

Another change in plans. I will build the Gardens with 2 Workers instead of 3. I will settle the city marked 'settle T72' with the new Settler, settling the city T70. This way I can cover both of my chopping Workers with Spears, instead of having to cover 3 Workers and the new filler city. The Gardens should still come in T77.
Since the filler city won't steal the Wheat, I can use it in Ancheng. Working a 4 food 1 hammer Wheat over a 3 food Sugar will be strictly superior. Despite having to whip off one of my 3 food tiles, I'll still have to 2-pop whip the Aqueduct T72. The overflow cap shouldn't be a problem; Aqueducts are 53.6 base hammers and I'm only overflowing 43.
...this is probably criminally slow by RB standards. Perhaps I should have delayed Meiyuan and just rushed for the Stone. Why do I play Civ by the seat of my pants? I guess procrastination is a hard habit to shake.
For the record, I have been tempted to Axe rush Bob since he only has Holkans and Chariots, and thus can't beat Axes on the defence. I have decided not to, since there's still gobs of free land out for settling.

Nope, Ancheng has 32 hammers in the Axe. Reworking:
T69: 5/16 Food +8, 0/67 Aqueduct +19 overflow + 2 HPT (The Granary isn't full yet, that's why I only get 5 food)
T70: 13/16 Food +8, 13/67 Aqueduct
T71: S3, 13/17 Food +10, 15/67 Aqueduct +3 HPT
T72: S4, 14/18 -> S2, 14/16 Food +8, 68/67 Aqueduct +2 HPT +40 Chops
T73: S3, 14/17 +10, 0/201 +42 overflow +3 HPT
T74: S4, 15/18 +11, 101/201 +3 HPT
T75: S5, 17/20 +11, 107/201 +4 HPT (grassland forest)
T76 S6, 15/21 +11, 116/201 +3 HPT +40 Chops (blank grassland?)
Let's see if we can't slip in a Worker or Spear whip in somewhere.
The scary thing is, Bob juuust might have enough EPs on me to get City Visibility in Ancheng. I was Bob's only contact for a while, so he has ~180 EPs vs. my ~80. The City Visibility mission on Sian costs ~180 EPs. Now, I don't know if Bob actually gained visibility on Ancheng after it was settled, or if my EPs make the mission expensive enough that he doesn't have visibility on me, but after I get Mardoc's graphs in a couple of turns I'm dumping excess EPs on Bob.
In exploration news, I ran into a couple of Bob's Workers in the northern wastelands, and offered him a Pigs/Pigs trade as a show of goodwill. I also ran into this Barbarian city near Jowy and Sian:
In domestic news, with the happy cap taken care of for the moment, let's grow, grow, grow.
Once Kuanghai runs out of tiles to grow onto, I'll cut over to Scientists.
A Great Something will be born in 7 turns.
...when I started the game, I should've checked if growing to Size 2 and slaving out a Worker would be faster than slow-building it
Tentative tech path: Code of Laws->Calendar (MoM)->Horseback Riding->Aesthetics.

In major news, Bob offered Open Borders. Not only is this hopefully a sign of peace, I'm getting more trade in my cities now.
Qinglong was settled last turn for the sole purpose of stealing Meiyuan's cottages:
Worker labor is finally catching up to the new cities:
With the (hopeful) arrival of the Hanging Gardens EOT 76, I'm planning on settling more cities on T75 and 76.
The core is running out of cottages, so that and the Worker-starved north are the next areas for improvement.
In domestic news, I polished off Metal Casting at 0%, and have enough money to two-turn Code of Laws next turn. However, I think I'll be going for Horseback Riding next. Code of Laws isn't immediately necessary since I'll be working on Forges.
At Uzbek, the enemy Warrior count went down from 2 to 1. I thought that Bob was picking Warriors off, so I razed the city with my Axe. It turned out that the Warrior just wandered out of the city.
Just need a couple more EXP...
I decided not to attack Lybian since my Chariot was only getting 70% odds.
I got graphs on everyone.
City counts:
thestick: 10
Bob: 8
Mardoc: 7
Jowy: 5
Sian: 4
Rankings follow in that order. Mardoc hasn't been leveraging his Ziggurats, since his Espionage graph is still flat.

In domestic news, I'm preparing for the next round of whipping:
The Hanging Gardens are coming along nicely:
However, Mardoc settled two cities last turn, making me fearful that he's also running for the Gardens:
In other news, Jowy has Marble connected. Need to keep an eye out for when Calendar resources get connected.
There is more land out to the east, but it's not reachable pre-Caravels.

Let's see, it's T72. Marble will be connected T77. I think I've hit the point where slowbuilding Wonders is a good option. Slowbuilding the MoM in Ximen using the banked Worker whip overflow gives a completion date of EOT 85, assuming I haven't screwed up my math.

Plan for the Mausoleum in Ximen:
73: S6, 11/21 +5
74: S6, 16/21 Food, 0/40 Worker, +7 HPT +3 FPT
75: S4, 16/18 Food, 61/40 Worker, +7 HPT, +3 FPT
76: S4, 16/18 +5, Wealth (25 overflow)
77: S5, 12/20 +4, MoM 0/301 +25 +10HPT
78: S5, 16/20 +4, 78/301 +10 HPT
79: S6, 10/21 +3, 100/301 +13 HPT
80: 129/301
81: 158/301
82: 187/301
83: 216/201
84: 245/301
85: 274/301
86: 303/301 - complete
Note to self: see if I can slide in a Worker whip. Working only one of the mines with 10 HPT and 2 FPT is perfect for whipping.
Preping Meiyuan for the Settler whip:
Turns out there are more islands to the East:
Let's see how deep the rabbit hole goes...

84: S5 11/22 64/40 +4 FPT +10 HPT (Wheat, Horse, Gold, Grassland Mine, Rice) Any more and I think I run into the overflow cap, since EOT I'll have 80/40 hammers in the Worker.
85: S5 11/22 +1 FPT 216/301 +13 HPT +32 overflow
86: 317/301 - complete
...not any faster.

I'm getting pretty tired of this...
The war between Sian and Jowy appears to be somewhat hot:
Look at those close borders! Now just keep sapping Sian's strength until I hit Knights...
I'm in the middle of an infrastructure push; Lighthouses and Forges are going up.
The Hanging Gardens will shave off a turn, assuming I get them:
74: S6, 16/21 Food, 0/40 Worker, +7 HPT +3 FPT
75: S4, 16/18 Food, 61/40 Worker, +10 HPT, +2 FPT
76: S4, 16/18 +5, Wealth (29 overflow)
77: S6, 12/21 +3, MoM 0/301 +29 +13 HPT
78 S6, 15/21 94/301 +13 (29 modified)
79 S6, 18/21 +3 123/301 +13 (152/301)
80 S7, 10/22 0/40 +2 FPT +10 HPT (Wheat, Gold, Horse, Grassland Mine, 3 cottages)
81 S5, 10/20 64/40 +1 FPT + 13 HPT (You know what? Just let me eat the overflow cap. Not worth working the Rice over.)
82 S5, 10/20 152/301 +13 HPT +32 overflow
83 253/301 +13
84 282/301
85 311/301

I settled my two new cities:
The Mine won't be ready T77. Reworked micro:
74: S6, 16/21 Food, 0/40 Worker, +7 HPT +3 FPT
75: S4, 16/18 Food, 61/40 Worker, +10 HPT, +2 FPT
76: S4, 16/18 +5, Wealth (28 overflow)
77: S6, 12/21 +4, MoM 0/301 +29 +10 HPT (only 1 mine built)
78 S6, 16/21 +3 87/301 +13 (29 modified)
79 S6, 19/21 +3 116/301 +13 (145/301)
80 S7, 11/22 0/40 +2 FPT +10 HPT (Wheat, Gold, Horse, Grassland Mine, 3 cottages)
81 S5, 11/20 64/40 +1 FPT + 13 HPT
82 S5, 11/20 145/301 +13 HPT +32 overflow
83 246/301 +13
84 275/301
85 304/301 -complete
Bob has Marble. Uh oh.
In domestic news, I popped a Great Scientist out of Yanggang.
I'm going to keep running Yanggang as a Great Person farm, at least until I get that Great Prophet.
The map of the world on the first post was updated.
On a more general note, the economy is medium-crashed, running 15% breakeven and the Scientists in Kuanghai and Meiyuan were whipped off. I'm not sure if Courthouses are worth the investment yet; my highest maintenance is only 6 GPT. Ehh, they probably are. Tentative tech path is Archery (build up Cash)->Code of Laws->Horseback Riding.
View of the Jowy/Sian war:
Seriously, Jowy's city BORDERS Sian!
