Strange ... I'm quite sure that my first scout began to reveal the "northen part" of the map - as there seems to be some snow on the peaks ... but no other nation was found yet !

Let's hope that the Eastern scout will have more success ...

Finally ... in a really unexpected place ... my scout saw something really interesting ...

Things became more and more interesting on this game !

Let's summarize :

- our eastern scout found Chinese border not too far in the East. Alot of forests & jungles.
- our western scout climbed a hill for better vision of French activity and ... informed me that Nicolae already pastured & roaded a Horse-spot ! This is a veeery important information !
- the second worker was trained and he was sent east to implement a trapping-system for the deers located there ... which are close to a Horse-spot ( which will be pasturable after 2 turns due to second cultural-expansion from capital ) .
- the first worker completed the mine south of capital and ... when I pressed END TURN surprise, surprise ! - BW was researched and a copper resource is located exactely there !!
- need now to think if I will continue with IW after BW or I'll chose a "safety-detour" for The Wheel ...

Well ... I decided to continue my insane way of playing this game - and now I'm fully dedicated to study IW.
Also no revolt to Slavery was performed yet - in order to attempt a small deceptive style for the other two players which I found : Nicolae and GingerEagle.

The disposal on the map seems to be quite interesting - I suppose that there are 2 possibility and location of Salern could be :

a) Nicolae Salern GingerEagle

Me

or :

b) Nicolae GingerEagle
------ ------- ------
Me Salern

I'll direct the scout from East to check according to these assumption.
The scout from West will have an important role to survey for a possible early-chariot attack from Nicolae ( he secured Horses and build some roads towards me ... ).

Seems that I had bad luck - due to an auto-route set my spearman arrived on hill-spot towards Nicolae' second city ... in the same turn in which his warrior is also located on opposite hill, so it gets visibility of my "little-surprise".

Regarding Nicolae : I'm quite surprised about his second city location ! My scout didn't spot anything else there except a rice-resource ...

Still didn't locate Sareln.

Right ... but I belived that his warrior will be used to defend/scout around the new-founded city.

Anyway - it will be quite interesting : for the moment I have a spearman & an axeman which is heading towards Nicolae's borders - let's hope that these will harash him a little bit. Next on building-queue is a Settler ( and when I'll receive the save I'll revolt to Slavery - because is no need for "insane-deception" anymore ) which will be whipped. Don't have yet a 100% ideea where to place it - but the spot North to my capital which will have Sheep, Horses and Silk in BFC is the most likely one - even it is not a hilly one.

IW is also not too far away ...

My East scout left chinese borders behind ... but still no trace of Sareln was found in East ( or West from Nicolae ) - seems that he's probably located North from my capital ... we will see ...

Meanwhile my little "early intimidation-force" continue to move through France' borders ... see attached picture.

Short update : I just declared war to Nicolae and move my spearman near his 2 warriors ( 1 square away from his second city ). No axeman spotted yet ...

I other hand - I tried an(other) almost insane bet : started Stonehenge. Last turn it needs another 2 rounds to complete ... almost in time with research of IW.
