As a side note, now I have named my first 4 cities in order, any updated guesses on my naming scheme?

Hey JKaen,
I have played 2 turns I think since you have been away - I didn't play the one that came in last night (21:30 GMT).
I have a load of pictures that I'll get up here soon.
If you want ot have a gmail chat I'll be online most of the day but not over the weekend.

We met Terror Incognito and Ioan. I sent both a quick message but please message them back now that you are back.
Overflow at Brussels went into a settler and it is growing back - once size 4 it can swap back to the settler and double whip it. (may need 1t of production too - i can't remember)

While I was away I got a mail from TT
TT Wrote:Hey Jkaen,
As its been a while since we last exchanged pleasantries, I just wanted to check in and see how everything is going. Congratulations on being the first person to 3 cities, I have just joined you there today!
I was also wondering if you had changed your position on making agreements with my civilisation. As the trade screen shows, I now have copper hooked up so even if you churned out some Impis then I would be well prepared, so perhaps we should agree to a NAP so we both can focus on maintaining our expansion leads and not get engaged in any military build up with no barbarians to trouble us!
I am also still open to mutual map swapping combined with a settling agreement should you deem it necessary.
Best of luck,
TT
Its getting to the point I think if I dont give him a NAP he may turn towards me, so I will throw him a short one I think

Response to TT
Quote:Arthur picked up the message from a passing Malinese diplomat.
Reading it, it seemed that they wished to extend further the hand of friendship.
Having had no issues with the tribe as yet, he was sure his boss would be happy offering a pact of non-aggression up to and including the 75th turning of the sun, along with an agreement that there traders could pass through each others territory as long as no units tried to do the same.
He also agreed that if they wished a setting agreement could be arranged and so he hastely scribbled some notes to be sent back to the secretary to be turned into a clear document to be sent along soon to the Malinese.

Thinking of sending the attached suggested map to TT, what do you think?

Meanwhile I played the turn.
TT accepted the open borders offer, meaning I get 6gpt of trade routes and he gets none!
Styles completede a workboat, which is heading over to Windsors crabs (the previous one I moved to the fish)
Now starting on a worker and a settler in Brussels (whicvh finished its warrior). Will whip them both next turn. (and probably Windsors granary too)
Here is a bunch of city info
Brussels
Styles
Windsor
And the Demos

Message from v8mark/terror Wrote:Hi Jkaen,
Just a quick note to say hi -- I know you're away for a bit, but we met a couple of turns ago, so thought I'd send greetings.
Also, Piet's warrior would like to meet you -- I think he's currently 3/4 tiles to the east of your scout, which I saw a couple of turns ago.
Drop me a line when you get back, and anything you would like to discuss, feel free.
Best regards,
Terror
My Response Wrote:Hi Terror,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I wanted to make it an RP responsse, but I am swamped at work right now.
Thanks for the heads up on Piets warrior, however I think I may accidently have dodged and gone over him. I guess you have visibility on my scout still, so should know better than me.
Will try to get back later once I have time and see how we can help eachother
