Took the initiative to create you a snakepick order. Hope you don't mind.

It was a fairly simple excel calc using the Rand function, then ranked, followed by a vlookup to create the order.

Column A: Uses the Rank formula
Column B: Is the allocated player number based on the order Sedoa posted above
Column C: Are the participants name
Column D: Is the Rand Function to create an order for the pick

Once created I hit F9 (recalc) 25 times to match the PBEM game we are in to get the following:
