Calendar is later, we have plenty of happy resources. Nor do we need sailing, we're not going to be working many sea tiles for a while. I don't see any jungle tiles, so no IW. So Maths, Currency and Construction.
If we want to grow, slot a Phalanx into the queue. Bodies are more important than promotions right now. Overall, we're good for military.

One (1) tile out of everything we see? Not worth it.
Focus on stuff that actually helps your cause. Maths for the boosted chops is better.

OK, revised tech-path:
Writing [4] -> Mathematics [12*] -> 1-turn @ 0% -> Currency [21] -> 1-turn @ 0% -> Masonry [3] -> Construction [16]
*not quite sure why this altered on reloading save [Sailing bonus?]
Ooh ... and the whipped Settler, is that after the Worker that I think may have completed @EOT36 [unreported] or the one after so the unhappiness runs out first?
PBEM12 - Shaka of Inca [6/6*] PBEM18 (Apps) - Augustus of China [4/4*] PBEM31 - Hannibal of Greece [jnt2-4/5*] PBEM72 - Willem of Oranje - Dutch [3/4*] PBEM74A -Catherine of Babylon [4/4][*ended early]

Yeah I agrre wiht nicolae, maths for better chops and currency are more important.

Good. One caveat, though, is your thought process behind you considering how many turns it takes to finish a tech.
Beause it doesn't matter. What's more important is getting as many cities out as possible as quickly as possible, and getting those cities working improved tiles (namely riverside cottages). In order to do that, we need workers and settlers. To get workers and settlers out, we need to sacrifice our short-term research.
Which is obligatory if you want to remain competitive in the long term. Do NOT do as you did in 18 and stagnate on 7 cities for the entire game. Unless you are fighting for dear life, do not forget your ultimate goal: building an empire that is so good extracting hammers and commerce out of the ground that you find yourself in a Winning Position.
Also, push the NE warrior out more east, to scout out the territory between us and Ceil. Please don't squander him by moving him in range of something that can kill him.

Finally .. the turn came around!!
Turn 37 - 1780BC
As you didn't confirm which Worker you were referring to, Nic, am building Attilio Lombardo [4th Worker] before starting the 3-pop whip Settler. Then have one Phalanx [Richard Shaw] queued up before the 2-pop whip Worker [Terry Venables] If growth is slow, I'll slip in a 2nd Phalanx [Mark Bright]
back to 100% tech for writing in 4 turns, could build a Library for growth between whips.
Revised the Worker turns:
And IanW moved 1S - he'll Fortify on the Hill next turn, for extra vision.
PeterN moved 1NW & found more Cows. Would the Bananas make a good city site [similar to the dry Rice]?
AndyG moved 1NW onto a Hill & found .. more Cows .. and Jungle!!
VinceH moved 1SE - will head !E next turn.
And demos:
2nd on Crop - according to graphs, Celiazul is leader here. Will spend max EPs on them this turn 7 the split 3:1 between Commodore & Kyan.

3-popping a settler is a good idea if you have unproductive unhappy citizens, as they will disappear and have become productive. By the time you grow back to your previous size, the anger timer would have disappeared. Hence, we should have done that immediately. So 4 workers for 2 cities is on the high side, but it's not a bad thing. We need all the redundancy we can get
So after this worker, 3-pop whip the settler, and overflow onto a phalanx. A library is also a good idea, but let's not get too ahead of ourselves.
And thanks Peter for doing the sandboxing so I don't have to! I really only have time to shout at Gingereagle.

Would be nice if someone would come up with a micro-plan instead of just shouting at me after the event :neenernee
Anyway, turn has finally come around after a hiatus ...
Turn 28 - 1720BC
SC & MA completed their roads linking both cities to the Copper & Silver. In 2 turns I shall 3-pop the Settler in Crystal Palace.
IanW is standing sentry beside what could be a good advance city in Dazed's territory: 2xRice [dry], 1xSheep, 1xSugar & 1xIncense:
PeterN has found a 'surf & turf' city site [Crabs & Cows] whilst AndyG has stumbled on some wild boar [Jungled Pigs - really? Iron Working not necessary? ]
And VinceH is venturing into Celiazul's land ...
.. which I'm now having 2nd thoughts about, having seen the Power graph:
What are those leaps? Axes? Chariots? Is it Phalanx time?
Reshuffled the EPs. Current ratios:
Celiazul: 46/56
Dazed: 24/58
Kyan: 0/14
Commodore: 0/0
As indicated earlier, I'm now splitting 3:1 in favour of Commodore over Kyan for 7 turns, then 2:2 for 5-8 turns. Should have both graphs in 12 turns if neither of them start spending on me. I'll check on the other ratios every other turn in case any need switching.
