okay I look at the save and it looks like nothing has chanced.

This is very simular to where we americans were just before I left.

We have more policies, more units, and more tech but our development has stagneted.

Anyway the turns

Turn 49:



The way I set up my units here I gave his settler two choices. Settle in place. Or GTFO of my land. It is blocked from moving further forward and it can't settle a city further back because of englands cities..

PS I just noticed now. He can't even settle there because of the city state of Florence. It prevents a city on the spot the settler in on.

Turn 50

SevenSpirits has come begging they need happy and wanted to trade fur for silver. Since I didn't care I rejected that offer and returned it with.

I want to settle where MY warrior is. His settler can't settle a city. Also we have 5 more turns of enforced peace.

haha! I know I am green, but 3 things:

1) I anticipated his settler movement and was going to move my warriors in the exact same spot to also force him to "GTFO". I just thought the ZoC would make the effect even more pronounced.

2) I did the same thing to Seven -- twice Well, he was only making 9gpt at the time, so I only asked for 9. Forgot to mention in this thread - and I didnt really know how to get into it in the "non-diplo" denouncement thread. He kept trying to get furs out of me as well. It's too bad there isn't full diplo - we might buy some protection with those furs.

3) In the face of Yuri buying the cow - which it seems he did, I was also going to settle right on the spot where the injured warrior is.


One thing to note:
I am surprised his second sword didn't move up and at least try to run interference. Be wary - it may be on an end-around mission via either of the city states. It was last seen 1 tile nw of AIRBUS

so red lines are boundrys on settling based on placed cities.
black circles are cities I want to settle.
blue lines are the boundries based on those cities I want.

Turn 52 and 53

Not much is going on right now as I can't back warriors from yuri till its ovious its not war.



I am planing on hiding the fact we have iron working.
My plan is next turn to move the warrior in the city back and upgrading.
Moving the warrior out alone into the city.
Then buying the plains tile he was standing on.



the red lines are settler spear moves and the blueish lines are warrior moves.
The warrior will always move first incase he spots somthing sneaky from the aztec

OOOOH I can get a free worker.
Since I can declare war next turn.
He can't take it back before his worker is deleted.

its not as good as a free settler but a free worker is good.
