Misnaming e-mails aren't a problem Hydra. GMail doesn't thread it near as I can tell & properly recognizes it as a separate e-mail.

I realized I didn't submit a comment on banter.

I like banter, but I'm fine playing in silence too, though that's boring I think.

I'd start one, but my best material ("bow to me, for I have the lead score") was only relevant during (maybe part of) T23.

By the way - our second double-turn (at least in my day-night cycle)! And, can you believe it, a full millennium of human history has already gone by. Civilizations have been born, empires have risen and fallen - well, not quite.

Yes, I think someone who is creative enough to come up with a name fro the thread can start the banter thread. That's defininitely not me

I guess the main rules are:
- No real diplo?
- No sharing of information that can harm your opponenent?

One way to deal with this could be that everyone has a veto for closing the thread if he/she thinks that the banter harms his/her game. In that case we just stop posting there and play in silence with no hard feelings. However, I do believe that there won't be any problems and it would be simply fun.

Basically, no spoilers unless you really want to share something about your own civ to brag. So "your city 2S of the mountain range is dust!" would not be okay if not everyone knew "you" had a city there, while "236 beakers in the capital! Beat that!" would be (but you might not want to share that information!). Is that kinda what we're all thinking?
