Real men use wonders to expand borders (and the CRE trait).

But I think we should save the silk forests until we know for sure we have another place to build the Taj. The central horse city is also pretty forest-rich. As a general disclaimer, though, it should be noted that I'm really not the guy to turn to for macro decisions. In terms of completed games, my experience probably ranks somewhere between Dan Quayle and Dr. Nomadic. Captain Darrell, we need your input!

Roughly short term micro after Work boat could include building Lighthouse and 2 pop whip towards Moai with Max overflow. We could also 1 pop whip Work boat now. Agree with this. Probably whip the work boat, too. Just keep in mind we need sailing for the Moai so don't whip it too soon. ![]() We probably also want a galley pretty soon. We could also whip a workboat for Weissbier. (Or rather, send the next one there and then whip another for OTR.) A mini-sim for this city might be a good idea.

Sailing is finished at the end of next so we can whip now. It is good idea to send WB towards Weissbier and start immediately another after overflow goes to Moai. OTR has the mine to work and can do another WB whip towards Moai. Before starting Lighthouse.

The capital needs something to build anyway, so maybe it should just build the National Epic?

I looked a bit at this. Workboats and the lighthouse are actually bad items to whip because they cost 30 and 60 hammers, so we don't get any inherent overflow. We should whip the current workboat, though, since it's almost done. After that we could whip an axe, a galley, and a spear, and complete the statues EOT111, which should be in time to catch much of our golden age. It could also be EOT110, by just whipping the statues to completion instead of the final spear. That's probably better, since we don't particularly need the units. It would then build a lighthouse using golden age hammers. Weissbier would have to build its own workboat, but I don't think that's a big deal.
