If Jowy wants to convert his civ to AI, it's ok from my part. I'm just not sure for the technical part. If I remember correctly, he needs to end his turn at least once after surrendering from GMR site.

GMR client failed to submit the turn, but when I pressed cancel, it went over to Jowy's turn. I'm not exactly sure if my turn was skipped or what happened.

Edit: Oh yes, I'm the game admin so I can do whatever I want! (reverted and resubmitted the turn)
