Just tried to connect and bounced off retep. I double-checked my hosts files and the NetNeg thread and the values are all current according to that forum post. Will I bounce if his hosts file is incorrect?

My fault Grimace I haven't update anything that I was suppose to. Mostly because I play all my turns in all my games in less than 6 minutes

US Thanksgiving is next week. I don't believe that it will impact more than 3 players, or to what extent, in this game. I will have a tough time playing turns Wednesday-Saturday next week as I'll be traveling. I can try and find a sub for that time unless everyone understands that I might need more than 24 hours to play a turn and is willing to let me do that for the few days.

I will be doing thanksgiving things too, though not enough to delay turnplaying, I think. But I'm fine with just accepting that there will be some delays and pauses. And hey, turns have often been taking over 24 hours recently already. We're far into the game, people have a lot of units to control, and wars have been prevalent. No need for you to get a sub IMO.

I paused the game with ~31 minutes left when I checked civstats this morning. Looks like mackoti played but didn't end turn, and Gawdzak hasn't played at all. Not sure if that's enough time left, but at least it's worth a try.
