Could work. I was a big Bob Dylan fan, but I have been listening less and less to him, since I can't find his music on youtube. I lost the habit of buying CDs and DVDs, and nowadays I just listen to songs online (mostly using youtube), so it's been ages since I listened to a lot of his songs.
Since Civ 6 apparently doesn't have the 15 character limit for city names, it's the perfect game for a Dylan theme. Otherwise a lot of the songs would end up not fitting.

One more comment about England v. Greece, because I sense you also want to try England out for the novelty of it. (I know i do.) I would say imagine playing the worst possible "balanced" map as England - in the middle of a large continent with only one or two good coastal spots available to settle. If you would get a map like that and it wouldn't ruin your fun for playing in the game then go for England. If a map like that would frustrate you to the point of losing enjoyment of the game then it's best to pick Greece.

I decided. If we end up with an abundant resources map, I'll go with England, since the extra water resources will imporve our situation. If we end up with a standard map, I'll go with Greece.
My vote is currently on abundant resources.

As per my previous post, I chose England. I think the map choices decrease Greece starting bias, while boosting England's bias. Considering that, Greece isn't that much better than England. If I was offered a power pick, like China, Rome or Arabia (knights that heal even when moving), I'd definetely go with that, but Greece is pretty meh, so I don't care decreasing the expected power level a bit.

Very happy you picked England. Here's hoping you're on a continental fault line!

Thanks. And I'm surprised with the willingness of the players to go with the innovative picks. Seeing the picks, I think I have the second best one, Arabia being the first.
Interesting that we have another naval Civ picked, the Japanese, so perhaps our naval bonuses will come in handy. I wonder if the Sea Dog ability has been fixed.
Some thoughts about picks:
*Kaiser will go for a quick Great General with Japan's quick Encampments. This leads me to believe he's too stuck with the already tried strategies from the previous PBEMs.
*India and America are pretty weak picks. They were totally based on novelty.
*Arabia is very good. There's a trap, though. If he goes for the benefit of the ability to get the Last Prophet for free, he'll severely hinder himself, because the game may end before the last prophet is avaiable (and so he'll lose all his faith based bonuses). Furthermore, he should go straight for knights, meaning he'll hinder himself if he goes for the metagame of horsemen/swords.

I would also expect America to try either rush their neighbor or go for a GG timing attack. That +5 combat strength on the same continent seems their biggest strength.
How does PYDT work when I need to take over for you in August? Are we both able to view the save or does that require some extra steps on our part?

Looking at the forums at PYDT, the only way right now is to contact the creator and he can do it manually in the PYDT database. There seems to be a bug in Civ 6 that prevents him from implementing it in the client.

Is PYDT directly connected to your steam account? If that's not the case, I can create a shared email with Pindicator, and we'll both receive the saves. From PYDT website, it seems possible to download and upload the saves without the PYDT client, so I'm confident you can do it without needing steam connection. In this case, if it wouldn't be that much of a hassle to Pindicator, we could just do it that way, worst comes to worst.

Yes, directly connected to steam account. You sign in through steam. You could always ask the creator the best way to do it. From the forums, he seems to get back to people quickly and open to help them out.
