If consession is the case, can I upgrade and sail over to rome so when we declare I can assault Rome directly?

Huh, this comes out of nowhere. I would love to bash some heads in, to abandon this game now seems a bit irky.

Well i was not sure what was going to happen, so I bought a whole bunch of upgrades. Probably should by some troops as well and head out.

I am unsure if I want to kill Bandar Brunei now. I get more envoys, but clearly it benefits team S/S more. Also my 4 ships will never get back in time for the war or Bandar Brunei. We got REALLY shafted by the NW situation in this game. Even its usefulness is mediocre due its location.

Rifling will be boosted in time. After I recruited Nobel, I will plan out the further science path.

Also it looks like Sullla noticed that the VA is not that funny as they maybe thought.

Yeah a mutual attack on W/C made much more sense, does it? Feel free not to screw us over with your city plant next time.
