So shall we start a setup thread for 5-6 players? Or just discuss here? I think the settings will be quite standard. But we need someone to roll a map for us. At this point I don't think finding a mapmaker is possible. So mirrored probably then? Mardoc? (unless you wanna play) There's plenty of time if we won't start this year though so not in a hurry in any way.

Mirrored w/ 5 will be tough to work out. I suppose we could roll with a totally random map, as goofy as those often turn out.


A set up thread would get more visibility. I had meant to create one, keep getting sidetracked.

Mirrorland can generate a mirrored map with any number of players. Even if we can't get a mapmaker, the first player can probably see enough of the map to decide whether it's playable.

I want to play, but sadly I definitely don't have time to play. There are days when I can't even show up for Codenames reliably .

I can probably make a map...depending on what level of balance you want, anyway. I think I can find time over the Christmas season, we're not travelling this year.

How do people feel about implementing the same leader restrictions as last game, + updating the bans to reflect the most recent selections?

@Bob: what exactly were the leader restrictions last game? I'm having trouble searching through this enormous multi-game thread to find the right post. I'm definitely in favor of encouraging the appearance of some of the rarely-used civs and leaders.
