Raskol. He has contact with TBW. I think we should send him greetings and ask, whether he is up to banding together against TBW in the future. Also, we need to send a letter to TBW and ask, whether he is up to banding against Raskol in the future. Do we declare war to scout out his capital?

Moved away my scout. Normally I would declare in a blink to uncover capital but I got myself a diplo adviser for a reason. Also, it looks like I have no time to build a warrior before settler as I went workboat after worker. Hence, scout will go back to fogbust.

Nothing yet from Raskol, but I did let TBW know that you would handle stopping espionage. I also asked TBW about the possibility of future war against our joint neighbor, here's what he had to say:

Fishing for info of course, I don't blame him. His not seeing our scout is something we hadn't considered. I'm not sure how truthful he is being, but I'm actually semi-inclined to believe him on this point.
