At this point, I actually think we should pass!

I feel pretty good about PLATE, but there's always a chance we've got it wrong, and we should give Blue team as little information as possible. (They can definitely win next round with a 2-word clue and the rest of Autopsy.)

If we survive that, T-hawk can confirm PLATE as our +1 or redirect us with a 3-word clue.

None of us really like what the options are. My preference is Diamond here, but I don't nearly feel as strong about it as I did last round. I'm good with a pass.

Hmm, so we can't win this round. We must have been way off on our autopsy guesses.

TELESCOPE, certainly.
EYE, very likely.
There are many examples of GENIUS stargazers.
Images of stars are taken on photographic PLATEs.
There's a well-known observatory in WASHINGTON state, I believe.
Stargazers often look at a comet and its TAIL.

I like TELESCOPE, EYE, GENIUS the best. My leading candidate for +1 is ARM, since I think we're being re-clued EYE.

TELESCOPE and EYE seem clear enough.

Do you SPY on space to find life?
USA is/was world leading in the space race, hence WASHINGTON.
You could stargaze on the TAIL of a comet. 

We can`t win this turn so I think we should guess TELESCOPE and EYE and then ARM (or pass).

3-clue word, huh.  I'm not sure how that's intended to let us recover from incorrectly guessing ROOT.

For Stargazing:
  • TELESCOPE is very strong, though.
  • As is EYE.
I don't see a compelling third candidate, though:
  • People who do so are GENIUSes?
  • It helps to do so on specific DATEs.
  • They used to develop photographic PLATEs to do so.  But that might be red.
  • DIAMONDs in the sky?  That's more a popular song though, and red team also likes that a little too much.

It might be better to try to clean up Autopsy.
