What I meant is that I would prefer that they don't notice the disconnected metal immediatly or perhaps at all so that they don't get any ideas. However, AT is on another settling spree and the others are not that close atm. So it's all good.

Word of the day ... nisus
- Effort, endeavor.
- Especially impulse, tendency.
Examples ... - "He put a lot of nisus into completing his final project a week before the due date."
- "My nisus is to skip my Monday morning workout, but I always feel better when I do it."

Well I was right. Founding Grimoire 1S as I had initially planned would have orphaned sea food.
Unfortunately, ATs border city did the fish to the north in anyway. I could found for the fish but I think the plains hill + clams is better.
Also this happened:
As with ATs border city Amicalola settled 3-4 turns before we would have. I hope we get the marble/copper/elephant city at least, 3 turns to go.
Currency is done next turn. Wasn't super close in the end. I could have avoided one whipped warrior. Without that endeavor we could have gotten the flood plain city maybe. There were quite real costs associated with accelerating Currency.
We have 3 settlers out in total. Two more will finish in the next few turns. With the marble city I plan to chop the Mausoleum, though the build itself will be slowish. I hope our (presumed) tech advantage will be enough.
Edit: This is the marble city I mentioned.

News:
Superdeath built the GLH. This is good. I prefer him having it than say AT or Lewwyn.
The barbarians recaptured the city they had lost to Amicalola.

Do they just take random Latin or French and pretend it's an English word?

Every word every invented is, by definition, an English word.
eg ... croissant

I will post a comprehensive overview in turn 90. This time for real.
We have finished Masonry and are researching Calendar at 20% to obfuscate gold collection rate a bit. People should be able to see that now, dont they? There are 3 calender happyness resources in our territory which would increase happycap to 10, 9 without the gold/gems trade with Superdeath.
There is a settler finished next turn I don't quite know what to do with since Amicalola sniped the flood plain location. There are a bunch of city spots still available but they all require a bit more support/defense than I can provide at the moment. Distances are quite long now and moving workers and especially military around takes a lot of turns. The filler city north of Conurbation and and a city in the jungle towards Jowy are my favorites right now. Jowy has a woodsman 2 dog soldier in that area which makes moving anything there quite dangerous.
