Just a heads up everyone, I am going to be out of town with no civ access this weekend (from Friday to Monday). I had been hoping to have my PB3 teammate (Mr. Nice Guy) play the turns for me, but I haven't heard from him in over a week (his last post was 9 days ago). Are there any lurkers who could play the turns for me? I should have internet access on my phone (and it will only be moving the warrior anyway).

i hope this doesn't come across as unreasonable but given the delay in getting the game underway, would it be possible to get the starting positions emailed out to us?

i know i'll certainly want to play my turn as quickly as possible to get the game going, as will others, but i don't want to feel rushed. emailing the start ensures those of us who play after cjreynol have a similar amount of time as the first two players to plan our first turns

But anyways, I tried to open the save and it was going fine and then it asked me for the password for warrior knight? So maybe I was sent the wrong one? But I'll be around this evening to play so just let me know whats up

Did you sign up for pbemtracker, Cjreynol?

You can do this by going to pbemtracker.com and clicking "join game" then entering "RB PBEM 8" It should come up and you can say you're in this game. Then Shoot the Moon can finish setting up the game. You can do that while waiting.

Eh? That's strange. I'm sure I sent you the right one.

I can't resend ATM unfortunately. This is my first PBEM, so can someone confirm this is what I'm meant to do:

• Load up the save supplied by Tatan with supplied password
  
• Change my password
  
• Play and End turn
  
• Send save that appears in somewhere like saves/pbem/PBEM 8/ '4000BC to Cjreynol' etc.
  

I wonder if I'm meant to send a password as well or something.

It might be a password for your civ it was asking for? Trying seeing if a blank password works perhaps.

On the first turn you'll be prompted to set a password to your game that is unique to your Civ's turns. You can set any password you like, or leave it blank if you wish. The password can later be changed in your details.

Cyreynol, what's the name of the save? Does it it "to_Cjreynol" in it? If so, the situation is what SleepingMoogle said. If it says "to_WarriorKnight" then you were sent the wrong save.

It says it is to me, but this is not the password set screen. It's the screen to log into your Civ when the game is setting up, and it asks for warrior knight's password. Will not let me leave it blank or accept anything I put in, says incorrect password. Would a screenshot help so you all see what I'm talking about?
