Sigh...scooter is definitely outplaying me on this naval duel. If I were sharper I definitely could be in a really good position, but as it is things are gonna come down to luck:

Now there are two bright spots for my long term chances. First, scooter's economy seems to have really taken a beating: he's making 140gpt at 0% research and I think (hope) he's at least 10 turns away from researching steel/military science. And second?



I'm able to outproduce Scooter's military production 2:1 on a hammer basis. And then of course my whip production is also 100% higher thanks to The Kremlin. Now scooter still has an economy while I definitively do not: eventually his tech advantage combined will give him the upperhand. But if I can get 10 turns to build up my army then I think I may still have a shot of prevailing in our conflict.
