I volunteer as tribute. Using the attested min/max for # of wars and victory date, given the giant sample size we have.
For wars I put a maximum of 25 (maybe 30 might be better for an especially shark tankish game), and for win turn I put in a floor of 200 (I kept time as a win condition so if that came up in the RNG I'd stick 500 as the win turn. I don't think we've ever gotten a time win yet).
