I wanted to play China pregame, wanted to do some Cho-Ko-Nu fun plays. Nebu enables that very early, but he can also reliably builder and go tall.

Yeah the starting techs aren’t a perfect fit but it’s not Wheel/Mys so I’ll manage

I was just a bit thrown that (one of) the best agriculture civs got picked for a hunting start, but that strategy makes sense.

Some quick pictures for Ginger. I played two turns.

Started the Camp on the second Deer. This land is insane. I'm not sure if lining up the settler completion and Bronze Working completion was planned by you or a happy accident, but I like it either way. The city markings were not mine, but I agree with them. Ginger, I think Fish/Gold should definitely be first just due to the sheer insanity of Grassland Gold. I sort of think chopping the first diagonal from it into a Work Boat is the way to go, though I will look closer later. Shout at me if you prefer something else. Also uncovered the clam to the east and another river.

Note that Microsoft Bing to our south is still at size 1. Barbs apparently are off, so I assume he's just going worker-worker or worker-settler while chopping (he did start with Mining). As a result, I don't expect him to have a Warrior up by us anytime soon, so we can be pretty lax settling south. Also, there appears to be some soft mirroring going on with the land, though I assume you figured that out already. I bet one dollar there is a Marble island relatively nearby too.
