Civ4 graphics glitch / tech problem

Playing PB84 and I don't know if I hit some hotkey or another........ or something happened mid turn.

Zoomed out.



The first image zooming in I can see something, not all the way zoomed mind



Originally I could go out to satellite view and it looked normal but then I shut the game down and came back in and now can't even do that.

First thought: Zoomed in by what method? Try adjusting the Field of View slider (near the upper right-hand corner, I think?) to ~42. My first wild guess is that it got adjusted down to whatever the minimum is.

Posted this in the tech-thread, but I'd try renaming the .INI file to reset saved settings.

I'm relative sure RefSteel is correct, you should have the Point of View slider at 1 or so.
