Oh, I feel old. Got out of bed the other day and couldn't feel the floor. It was either my legs had really gone to sleep on me or I was sitting in my new bed which is only(!) 37 inches high (Have to duck my head when the ceiling fan is on).
Has anyone tried these new smilies?

BUT ... you have to replace the XXX with a piece of fruit. That is it - easy as pie - you just need to think a very little bit (it shouldn't hurt too much).

*raises hand* So. How about that long running war with the empire of whoever it was in that PBEM from CFC from a long time ago? I haven't seen an update about that game in a while.

That game isn't going as well as I would like. He has upper hand at the moment (although I think he just made a mistake) but I have some plans on pulling a rabbit out of the hate.
However - the game has stalled. I haven't seen a turn since OCt 3rd.

Interesting poll results. I can understand a vote for #1. The vote for #2 denies itself. The others tend to suggest an offsite detailed report about bananas ... I think I can manage that.

Hey - I'm Spain. Why do I seem to end up playing the Spanish civ so often. Sure, who doens't like the citadel ... but can I please play a different civ.

Ok - that start is interesting. Stay on the plains hill for the extra city hammers but forget the fish in the capital in the short term (you can put another city next to the lake to net it) or come down off the hill for your capital.
I'll have to knock a game up and sim both alternatives.
