So why Greece? Alh are you stupid? You are the only one that picked a fishing civ? Well with a worker 1st start you can improve the deer and work the unimproved rice while building a WB so that you can work the fish the turn you grow to 3 but the huge deal breaker for me was wasting 2 turns to start improving the rice/sheep because of all the hills and forests. Now if you go WB 1st, you can start a worker on T9 working fish and deer to complete EOT15 which is 6 turns slower but working the fish allows me to research things like BW faster and because my worker path will smoother (deer, silver, sheep, rice) I save possibly 2 extra worker turns. I seriously considered NA, Japan, and Rome for more starting beakers but I am happy with the early UU and the synergistic UB.

Argh i havent paid too much attention to this game because I thought it was going to be boring with everyone opening worker except for me. but I think DZ made a warrior EOT4. No contact with him yet so that is the good news.

It is strategically bad though because he goes last and anyone spoting the warrior can 3T a warrior working the silver forest hill.

I thought it was a pain to dotmap my first 2 cities until I realized I am CRE.

Well my 2nd city site is chosen for me. My cap is 9N 2E of yuris so I need to plant the 2nd city on the grass hill SE of the sheep (it can share sheep and rice) and start planning on how to get culture there. 3rd city has to get copper, then look into expanding to the stone and marble.

Simmed it out and I can get a city there on T32, which is pretty good.
