I will be either late or absent this evening. My mother is in the city to have some unexpected eye surgery tomorrow morning.
The good news is that our much lamented health care system is kicking in fast for her.
She noticed a problem a week ago, and was rapidly passed up the ladder to the specialist here in Toronto who will operate. The other good news is that she just returned a week ago Monday from her winter sojourn in Florida wilderness camping. :unsure:
