So, how about starting to plan the game?

I'll play a PBEM, banning some leaders/civs. Settlers should be on and I'd prefer a game with easier contact with other leaders.

About Civs to ban, I'd say the illians. I don't like the unstoppable rush that the PoW make.

Not sure about unrestricted leaders, though.
