Nothing wrong in acknowledging the end. I thought you did a great job for the circumstance, just a tough spot to be in from the beginning. But for even taking up the mantle in the first place you should get high marks- knowing it was a tough road to go and still trying to give it a go.

Yep. Up until about T100, I thought that plako would want to finish me off at T110 and never considered the possibility that he would want to extend the NAP. This lead to me researching military techs like HBR which neglected things like Monarchy and Maths and it made me focus on short term commerce (coast) rather than long term (cottages). Once I realized this mistake, I had fairly painful unit costs so I couldn't afford not to go to war. Playing from behind is something I've never done before, you essentially have to play a complete farmer's gambit to have any chance in the long term.

Forested hill was a tactical mistake after I assumed that plako would wipe me off the floor. Even if I did chop it down, thanks to all the hills it probably wouldn't have made a huge difference by the end.

Thank you for the screenshot. Rego sent me a message concerning your city. He was going to wait it to grow size 2 and then capture it so I wouldn't need to "worry".

I'm open for suggestions preventing Rego benefiting from your city. Maybe you could keep the city on size 1 until I get there. I don't have a boat on this side of the sea yet so it will take a while. If you have any units especially workers that followed along it might be good idea to dispand them or maybe gift them to Adlain that could really use a little boost.

Rego is definately high on my hit list.

Fortunately I had no plans to grow to size 2 ever. GES, if I die before rego gifts the workers back to me, will he still have to delete them?

Final plan is to see if I can convince Adlain to raze the city for me. If not then maybe Moogle will go for it, but I hope I don't have to wait for plako to come.

Well I came into the game in a war with plako which subsequently lead to having my second city extorted from me. Given how far that set me back I can honestly say that I never thought about working with plako.

Not really sure yet. I'll guess it'll be fun to become omniscient after playing in the game. I'm not dead yet though as plako is taking a long time to take my last city.

Your galley sailed too far ;-). The workers are just about to your border anyways so you should see them in a few turns. I'm open to the galley but if you want to keep it that's fine with me too

Rule breaking aside, I'm surprised that you'd even think I'd give it to you even if you weren't going to declare on me (granted, I did give him 2 workers, but that was before I knew he broke our confidentiality agreement).

Workers will be deleted as soon as possible if rego actually does give them back. I'm debating whether or not to declare on him and pillage some seafood with my galley before exiting. It obviously won't be too painful for him but at least it'll be a bit of fun before exiting.

BTW, survived until T140, 10 turns later than I thought.
