The strategic situation is complicated.
Whilst I am in quite a dominating position after my conquest of Australia, I have been burnt before and I may not take Persia or Alhambram lightly. With no GG and no DotF religion (what a sneaky stonehenge grab there, Alhambram) not only is a religion is far off for Emperor K, but I have no intention of not getting that great General. With another 10 points this turn to a GG, Emperor K would need to run 2-3 projects and would likely miss critical infrastructure that way.
As a thank you for not dowing suboptimal and because it is in my best interest that Emperor K lives, I not only send him a delegation but also announce my supportive intentions by sending a bit of money.
Granted it is not much but I know from my experience, that every little bit help and this may mean an additional crossbowmen in the fight down the road.
We plan and lay down districts in the south. Tathingdwen will get a cultural district and encampment for barb control.
The former australian capital, Tremredare will add a cultural district to its campus (yeah, I am worried about culture with choral music and without any cultural pantheon I am behind even with my size.)
Cassowary will soon be mine and will have a campus and add an encampment and a commercial district down the road.
Fadrex(former Fadrex City) will do a Holy Site (why not get a religion, it prevents a sneaky religious win down the road and I can leisurely get a GP with 3 players left in the game) and a Harbour.
In the centre:
My other jewel apart from my capital, Austrex will not only get a harbour and an industrial zone to its akwardly placed campus (sue me, I was worried about suboptimal science rate when I laid those down.

) but we have planned out a location for the VA, pretty much the only way I can loose this game militarilly by now. We will push for it as a next project, so Austrex will lay claim on prime trade routes and worker support from other cities.
Urteau my worker city will finish its campus (nicely located between coffee tiles and probably get a cultural district.
In the north:
The capital will finish its settler and then finally get the long overdue granary, campus, commercial district and will finish an industrial district later.
Both newly founded cities will lay down Holy Sites and Aqueducts and concentrate on those. And if I manage a backfill city, it will go for encampment together with Science Site to protect against the barbs.
The army will rest shortly and recuperate and immeaditly rush to Valetta lay siege to it and conquer it. Its suzerain bonus is of no interest to me and Alhrambram has 3 envoys which I won´t be able to match anyway.
