Did some more math in game and I think we're looking at a t122 music at the latest, more likely t120 or 121. It really depends on how much wealth we end up running. We need our max science beaker total to increase by about 10 beakers in order to 3-turn music after researching rest of CoL-rest of lit-music, so that should be easily doable.
