This is getting ridiculous., you guys have been holding the game hostage for two weeks! This is completely unacceptable.

I'm getting sick of the lack of respect some teams seem to have for everyone else's enjoyment of the game.

DMOC unilaterally gave classical hero permission to not play a turn until the 10th. Maga thinks she's entitled to the same break and DMOC is cool with that. Dinosaurs have been playing clock games since forever and (haha) you just got to go with the flow as DMOC says.

Feel free to post what you like, but I think DMOC is doing diplomacy through the tech thread. Maybe you can facebook friends him.

Seriously, I think its fine if you start not worrying about diplo very much. The only thing we need is that t220 NAP with asterix: that secures completely our western border as well as knocking out a major player in a hypothetical dog pile. The rest I don't really care about, because any team strong enough to be a threat is also smart enough to know making any diplo deals with us is a bad move. I like CH as a prospective vassal, but he could just as easily be a target for acquisition.

Geez, I'd be really hesitant to play with anyone in this game again except for Yoss and Caledron.

Trying to get back into the swing of things now that the 240 hour turn is over. I like your response to Eggheads. I might add one clarifying point that the imports-exports number is largely determined by the player order in a pitboss game, so it really is useless beyond gauging whether or not someone in the world has open borders.
