Both Yossarian and Cadeldron played extensively for the India team in the ISDG, so maybe they just don't want to play as India again. It also depends on the start. Inca would be ok for our start, but India would be pretty awful(well, as awful as India can be) with AH, Agriculture and Fishing food and 1 flatland forest. Mehmed or Isabella of Inca is a pretty awesome combination, but so is Elizabeth of India. Just comes down to preference and starting position.
