Funny you should ask...he just IM'd me asking where his Prophet was and saying he had our gold. I just kind of laughed it off, I'm pretty sure he knew we weren't going through with the deal. He got all uppity, but I just said he negotiated under false pretenses (a lie of omission is still a lie after all) and we chose not to work with an enemy in the same way we were willing to work with a friend.
The funny thing is the deal with Krill was by far better for India, since we are giving to GP to Ruff for free .
Can't wait to get some good honest AW action in PBEM4 .

We're giving Ruff the prophet for free? Why?

We're stupid?
He can't give us anything atm, but there is some vague promise of gold sharing (I think).

Updated the techs that everyone has on our spreadsheet.
Not looking pretty. We are ahead of only Rome and Inca (and tied with Aztecs) in techs. We have 5 classical techs, vs. 9 for some teams.
We are down the big 4 Cs (CoL, Cur, Cal and Const) to some folks.
Aesthetics in 2. Hopefully Mali gets it in 3

Major barb danger is an axe neare the capital in the jungle. We have an injured chariot that has 70% odds and some other units that can clean up if it dies. I'm sure sunrise is all over it
Speaking of sunrise - have you been able to come up with an allied tactical plan vs. Krill? Everyone is looking for you to lead the way. If you want to come up with a plan of what we need and when, darrell and I can send it out to CUDDLE and figure out who can provide what.
And we need more names for our units

I named the new chariot Swing, the last in the Johnnie Walker series, and Swing won his 73% battle. Peroni, our HA smacked the barb warrior, and Red Label headed towards Karaoke to kill the axe there in 2t.
There was only one worker still idle, and I wanted a road built, so I went ahead and ended turn

You go Swing . Sunrise is not only good, he's lucky. I think we've lost two barb battles total? You always make sure we have great odds but still not too shabby.
rego, tons of new e-mails in. Do we want to just divide 'em up? You can take first pick in the draft. sooooo/sunrise you guys are welcome to handle any you want, but with turnplayer duties figured you probably weren't interested.

We'll eventually loose one for sure, but greatest danger has passed so long as we have backup HAs hanging out. I'd much rather loose a 99% to a barb now and get a tile pillaged then loose it later during an attack on a human.

BTW, we whipped a HA this turn and will overflow a decent number of hammers into another unit. Should we make that unit another HA or a spear/axe?
