If team 1 was going to reassess they would have already imo, therefore I'm betting no.

(also Sullla's going to be gone when the whole shebang happens I think, so that probably makes it even less likely.)

Why would they? There would absolutely be no point. It's not like they can do anything about it, so they have no reason to pay effort trying to set up a sim.

I didn't check exactly, but when lewwyn posted about it before it seemed like they had a nice safety margin. They werent counting on any city to get exactly 25,000 so unless they did something drastically wrong they should be fine.

My take is that this is death for both sides but only in the attacks between Beijing and the uber-stack. Maybe we count any attacks involving reinforcement stacks as well?

Any deaths within the BFC of Beijing would qualify IMO.
