Circa 360k, according to APTmod. They've increased their power markedly the last few turns (with circa 100k), starting soon after CFC started to build their army.
For comparison, the Germans has circa 410k in power, but less tech and likely less pop as well. The top units that CivFr can build are maces, war elephants, and longbows, and I wouldn't be surprised if they're going for Guilds currently.
Ie, if CFC tries to tangle with CivFr, I expect them to have some minor victories at first, but then will be stopped cold.
