You should get a message with a verification code to ilios.civ email. I need that code. When I get all of them I'll set up filters on the tracker mailbox. Once that is done :

You send the save to the tracker email. It's automatically pushed on to next person in the turn order. The tracker shows that it went through.

And that's it.

do I also send the verification code? Because in the mail it says to send it only if clicking the link doesn't work

No. Clicking the link apparently obsoletes the need for the code. Serves me right for not reading the verification email to the end.

Clicking the link didn't work for me (something about that it is not called gmail in my country or atleast along those lines). Sent the verification code and I hope it worked.
