As I mentioned to sunrise over IM, someone built a warrior on T7 and another on T8. Certainly seems like it would be one of the 3 Hunting start civs, ruff included.

Also athlete grew to size 2 this turn (T8)

OK guys, with us the last to play (still 18 hours on the clock!) I logged in and played the next 2 turns. I haven't been able to take screenshots because I'm on my laptop and I need to remember what buttons to press (it's a macbook running windows xp via bootcamp - long story and the keys are not what you'd expect). But the short of it is that there is plains-stone 4W, 3N of our capital and at least 3 flood plains surrounding it.

Regarding the worker - we should almost certainly mine both the unforested grass and plains hills since BW is 5 turns behind the (fast) worker (though that could reduce to 4 when we chance to the 3/0/1 tile).

Have we decided exactly what we are building after the worker? In my opinion we should research agriculture next, and that means building a warrior next while working the 3/0/1 tile (I know, I know). After the warrior we should be able to chop out a second worker while growing. Hunting after agriculture and we can knock out a quick scout.

I'd almost say bang out two Workers in a row, so we have less time working crap tiles. I don't think we'd grow to size 2 anyway before we started the second Warrior working the 3/0/1 tile, although I have no data to back it up.

Please remember if you log in and play the turn, to grab a screenshot or at least right down the relevant demographics # (soldier count, population)

No harm here as I had played the previous turn (but must not have ended turn for some reason) and I was able to get the power number for this turn (5250). Ruff and the AThlete team are up to size 2.

That makes it seem rather unlikely that ruff has built a warrior already, unless maybe he's on a plains hill? My vote is him bluffing.

I will try to get some more demographics info up tomorrow.
