Your chariot clearly shows 0/2 movement points in the first half the turn timer.

Yes - I made that move and cant explain what happened : I logged in to a very unusual hour ( ~4:00 AM in the morning our time - I prepared my luguagge for a business trip in which I'll go today ) and I didn't realise that Luddite don't make his move - usually at 7-8:00 AM Romanian time he already moves... - until I moved the scout ( after moving the chariot in north ).
I let the other units unmoved and quit the game ( also too tired to write a message here ). As a prove of my good faith and I didn't intend to take advantage of a "double-move" - I didn't attack with the other chariot from Balaci to kill one the ( yet ) unpromoted chariots which have very few health left now ...

This did have a material affect on the game.

Why ??? Maximum a scouting-effect but if I'll move it again only after Luddite will finish his next turn which is the effect ?

The rules are fully understanded - the problem was due to the fact that I didn't check properly the time and if Luddite already performed his move or not. My mistake ...

OK - probably there is a galley with reinforcement somewhere in the fog which will move to protect this city instead of bringing reinforcement to battle-line.

Anyway - again, I admit, my mistake. I didn't even think that Luddite didn't move - just after I saw his un-healed/unpromoted chariots I realised that this happened.

Unfortunately I don't have the time right now to compose a long answer, but I'll be honest. I'm sure you have realized this as well, but given your current state it would make some sense to me to consider nibbling at your western border once the NAP expires.

That said, I remain committed to honoring our current agreement and am open for extending the NAP. I'll need some time to think about what such an extension would look like, but if you have any proposals please don't hesitate to let me know.

As a quick update - my attempt to negotiate a deal with Sleeping Moogle failed.

Not a good news - but as long as he wasn't able to provide us immediately not even 4 axeman ... let's hope he is not in position for an attack in next turns.
