Firstly, I don't see a possibility in heaven or hell of moving tolerant - this is balance and tolerant is basically the Elohim thing. Secondly, what use are high exp preists EXCEPT for war?!
Case could be made for order, but then order is basically THE war-centric religion.
Decius is IMO the best calabim leader, and a decent candidate for the bannor

Yeah BUT the puppet spam has just been destroyed as a tactic Brian so the spam of '7 is no longer possible.
Was '21 not played with pre balanced Keelyn?
I like the choice (between mobility and strength) I just think its been a bit TOO nerfed.
Like the options sareln

21 wasn't Keelyn it all, it was "just" Perpentach.
I can't even imagine what Plako could have done if he'd been playing Balseraphs with the summoner trait.
Oh, wait, I don't have to.

how does RB feel about Tholal's nerf to the luchuirp worldspell? i.e. you can no longer stack all golden hammers in a single city. I dislike this change as it was a very fun strategy, especially for the mercurian rush.

Ah, so that's what that bit of code did. I saw it go by in the merge...

Haven't spent a lot of time thinking on it, but my gut says it's a good change for MP, but yes, does make SP more boring.

Just played a game of EITB on Ozzy's Map of Erebus. It was fun.
Some thoughts that occurred to me while playing:
- The AI cannot handle Loki. I know this is an MP-oriented mod, but any chance you could add a tech requirement to the Disrupt City ability, so that the Balseraph AI doesn't completely cripple its non-Creative neighbours? Festivals/Drama or Warfare/Military Strategy, depending.
- Org is almost a blank trait for the first 100 turns. How about Phi/Cre/Ada for Cassiel?
- Overcouncil/Undercouncil were moved back to religious techs so agnostics can't adopt them. This seems unfair now that they have innate bonuses. If Trade was too soon, what about Divination/Necromancy, or Medicine/Poisons?
- Planar Gates are still a poor build for the Sheaim. They would be better as a building-replacement, like the Cave of Ancestors and Reliquary. Maybe an Alchemy Lab replacement?
- Did Arc ever have double speed Alchemy Labs? That would help balance against Spi, which gets similar unit bonuses, plus more and more useful half price buildings, plus free civic swaps. It would also work well with Tebryn and Planar Gates, above.

I like this idea. It would make Sheaim gimmicks less, well, gimmicks. Right now, Planar Gates are nearly worthless, because you've got to spend so many hammers for a mere chance at free units. Compare to, for instance, Warrens, which not only give free units, but do so under your control.
I suspect that Planar Gates would still need more buffing after that, but it's probably better to test Azoth's suggestion alone first.
Edit: Don't mean to ignore the other suggestions, but I don't have strong opinions on them either way
