OK, technical question. We hot the Masoleum but we haven't got failgold for it (we have put 75 hammers in the Masoleum in another city). Should we just wait a turn or I forgot something important about failgold mechanics?

It very well may be true: failgold-city was our capital and it should have been processed earlier than Abaddon where we built the wonder.
