I would especially like to thank those who withheld tech from the Honourable Empire Reborn while gifting the tech to everyone else. If it wasn't for your betrayal of the tech alliance then I would have never had this vassalage opportunity.

I have given my word to Dler that I will not be resigning from the game therefore everyone is stuck with me this game as much as I am stuck with the current rule set.

I was told by Yaz when I took over the civ that the rules could be found in the second post at http://realmsbeyond.net/forums/showthread.php?t=3409 however it does not seem to have been kept up to date with rule changes.

Thanks Sunrise for finding that rule change for me.
