Yeah, giving up the grass hill is a good alternative.

Glad to see Brick giving Scooter some fits smile I bet scooter is pondering some "what if" scenarios about us invading his mainland much like we are about him coming at our western continent holdings.

Definitely bring some (half?) of those knights back to the mainland. Just don't forget about Commodore either. I don't want him to think he has an opening.

Okay - I logged in to take a look around. Scooter did not declare war on us, and I moved our galleon back to Stand up and Win.

Commodore got Banking, which opens up trades for Economics and Replaceable Parts. He has 869 gold currently.

That barb city is now size 2, so we could go capture it if we felt like it. It's pretty crappy though. I mean even crappier than some of your follies.... lol

Krill took Azza's penultimate city and will eliminate Azza next turn. Last turn Commodore razed Cyneheard's antepenultimate city and also pillaged Cyne's spare silver (which he was trading to us). We still have silver because he still has one resource hooked up but he might cancel the trade if he's paying attention (which he probably isn't lol)

Nah - it's not too bad. Not sure we need them out ASAP (i.e. more than other things that HS could build) but I agree we do need to get them out. Especially now that Azza is dead and Krill has other things to "worry about"

Commodore got a tech increase late last turn - probably Rep Parts (or Economics). We could sell him Rifling if we want to. If we don't, someone else probably will....

I put the caravels where i did because they line up nicely with rifle builds and they get 6xp
