One other quick thing Exploit - the rules are unclear about just how we handled the increase in timer length from 18 hours to 22 hours. I believe however that from the recent discussion re: DSP's moved during his Imho war we've chosen to expand the "units must wait 9 hours to move" rule to 11 hours, since 11 hours is now half of the turn. Is that your understanding as well Exploit?

My understanding was that none of the rules were changed as part of the DSP discussion (although moving from 9 to 11 hours would make sense) therefore technically I would think the 9 hour rule would apply.

Exploit (and I guess DLer / Munro), for simplicity's sake, would you like to agree to a turn split? Given that you have the first part of the turn in the war with dsp / shady (and you have already moved your units this turn), would you like to take the first half and we can take the 2nd half?

I wasn't sure because some of the DSP discussion centered on whether he moved before or after the 11-hour mark, sort of implying people were expanding the 9 hour limit to 11. However as long as we're on the same page I don't have a problem either way.

Also, I echo (shock!) regoarrarr above that we're happy to agree to a turn split to keep things simple. We can also live without one though if for some reason you would prefer it that way.

Dler and I have agreed to a turn split. He moves first then I move. I dont have alot of time online once a day pretty much and this is the best set up for both of us.

Since the sudden peace with the Byzantine our troops have been promised the ability to go north to help dispatch the vile Inca empire. General Milo de Moray commander of the Southern Armies has been requesting orders to deploy north for decades. To his dismay the "King of Kings" has failed to respond to many diplomatic pouches sent to cooridinate this movement.

The High Lord of the Broker Empire has prudently held the Southern Armies near the Byzantine border in the unlikely event of a reversal of the original peace terms. Determined not to be undefended without a binding agreement.

It is with great dismay we have recieved word that the so called King of Kings has decided to aid the vile Inca empire and to put them under his protection. General Moray railed at this news and demanded that the Southern Armies be released from thier constraints and allowed to remove this blight from the world.

It is with heavy heart as the High Lord expected to work with the Byzantine people that the orders were sent and the Southern Armies have been dispatched to remove the protector of the vile Inca.

Genocide is never an action taken lightly but will in this case be taken completly.

This is the formal delcaration of war on the King of Kings your head will look good on the end of a pike.

Yes, I agree to a turn split, with me taking the first half.

Okay thanks for the clarification.

Thanks Exploit. I also notice (and appreciate!) that you've been ending your turns early. Do you mind if we play once you've ended your turn, even if it's still during the first 11 hours?
