[Spoilers] Amelia, Tempest of the Seas

Amelia Wrote:Or maybe i should build the Necronomicon for the Water mana just because (oh wait i already have one).

Which reminds me, i've never even seen Water 3 before, most i went to was 2 for Water Walking.

Water Elementals are... not great. They're slow like Earth, but not as strong. I think they might break into smaller versions when they die, but I might be making that up. They could be amusing if you wanted to create an archmage/Stygian guard water-walking force, but Cultists are better for that

It's too bad the mana types aren't more balanced.

Hmm...

Maybe i should just build the necronomicon so that all Adepts start with spring.

On the other hand, let's found some other religion and get that instead, since I will reach any tech first (now that my economy is good).

In fact, let's get RoK and FoL next, followed by CoE, Empyrean, Order, and followed by AV, and then we switch to Infernal and conquer the Lanun cities. Hurray!

I will research later on what shrine is the best for me to build, but suffice it to say i'm really leaning towards Nox Nortis now, for all the strong effects.

By now people are looking at my cities and thinking "What the heck is your naming scheme"

All i can say is :neenernee

Are your cities named for animals from lovecraftian.

Thats what google says =)

Erm.... i'm not even going to say anything because i have no idea how google managed to bring that up =P

So far, your cities' names are based on the names of cities in games, japanese games to be exact (so far).

Cerulean City is a city from pokemon blue/red which happens to have a water pokemon user as a gym leader.

Radiata City is from a game called Radiata Stories... Never played it, but google told me about it. Can't really tell what Radiata City has to do with water, though...

=)

Yup, that's it. Radiata City was built in the middle of a lake, symbolizing water. Cerulean City of course is home to the Water Gym. Basically i'm finding throughout all the games for cities which uses water as a theme.

It's getting hard, though =P

Omg wtf bbq Horses!

HORSEYS!

Also, Orthus isn't dead.

Anyway... that horses mess up my plans... a bit at least =P

I decided to get them up and running first before finishing the road to my new city.

shouldn't take too long.

Edit: Worker right is roading the Forest, and once that's done he'll help with the horses. This is to ensure that they can pass through the forest without waiting a turn.

Tenochtitlan might be a good name for one of the cities. It was also build in the middle of a lake.

Not very gamey, though. Of course you can find it in games like Civ IV, but is not the same thing...

Lake Hylia might be a good one too.

Golden Sun had quite a few coastal cities, Laverio, Imil, some others whose names I forget. Lots of other coastal towns from Pokemon, if you don't mind using a game more than once. The Mario games have some famous water levels. There's also Hydrocity & Aquatic Ruins Zone from Sonic 3 and 2 respectively.

Heck, just check these lists:
