If everyone else is going to lavish praise I'll file a complaint. Your borders are probably the most boring, washed out color on the map.

Turn has rolled. Physics midterm tomorrow so this will be pretty terse:
Overview shot:  TBS has an ax on the copper, he's probably settling this next:  Settling the silver city next turn:  More islands, I think city 11 will be another island, auto +10 commerce. Hopefully I find a good one and the galley can loop back to the capital in time.  Demos  Losing GNP ground cause I turned down science. I'l get currency next turn + finish my second gold mine for about 40 gpt on 0% science, build up to ~200 then shoot straight through Aesthetics. ALL HAIL ZEUS.

   We did make contact with slow_cheetah, I offered a map trade. He doesn't have very many cities, so I think I can beat him to these islands. The one I'm north of right now looks potentially promising, it even has fresh water!  I promoted a chariot up to sentry and am sending it south. Its about time I learned mroe about my own continent  Still holding the top of the demo boards:  Current goals: Get Statue of Zeus Get Great Library Settle additional islands Settle the oasis/rice spot
