I would prefer not having to handle them at all. smile

alright

Anyway, I played the turn, and switched our size 2 city back to the Worker as discussed. My micro-plan was a bit off, having our Worker take only three turns to finish the Gold mine instead of four. smoke

Alright, naming scheme dilettants, let's get naming. Are we going for a FFH theme or not? If so, which? If not, do we care?

Maybe go with an "evil FFH" flair ...

perhaps naming the cities as capitals of the evil civs, and naming strong units as the evil 'gods' and other evil characters from the game/pedia

What's with all the rulebreaking going on? It's hard to believe this is happening. And it's disappointing to say the least...

I fear for the future of this game.

talking about the IM chat? (posted in the 'dogpilers click here thread')

I dunno, did they really talk about anything of relevance?

Ichabod wants to mine the Copper right away, and at first my micro-instincts rebelled because you want to road the hills you want to connect as soon as they've finished mining, but I think he's right. The Worker moves 2SW, and will be able to mine the Copper the turn after. We grow the capital to size three, working the Corn and the Copper Mine, building Warriors in the process. At size three we start our Settler, speeding up production with a couple of chops. I'd prefer us not to chop too many forests pre-Maths though.

Then we need to decide where to send our first Settler. smile

Nice spot for copper! Our capital is killer, although our subsequent cities might be a little lacking.

Looks like an early Bureaucracy might be a winner for us then.

Here to do my David Beckham-like duty:

"OOOOH, go on then! Do a good job for the team. OOOOH!"

You should also pick Joe Cole in midfield.

If you don't understand the post go watch the video I linked to earlier in the thread.
